1. What is the eXtreme Fax software?: The eXtreme Fax software included with your eXtreme Fax service will allow you to manage your sent and received faxes right from your desktop.

Whenever you are connected to the Internet and have your eXtreme Fax software running, you will be notified of incoming faxes.

By clicking the Messages button, your Inbox will pop-up and allow you open, view, save and delete your faxes.

If you have synchronized your eXtreme Fax software and your online account, any changes you make in the software will also update your online account. Changes you make in your online account, however, will not update your software, allowing to recover messages accidently deleted from your online account.

If you move a fax to your Saved folder in your Local Folders, this fax will be deleted from your online account but will remain permanently saved on your computer until you remove it from your Saved folder.
