3. How do I send faxes?

To send a fax over the Internet, simply click the Send Fax button from your eXtreme Fax software to load the RingCentral Internet Fax application.

Alternatively, if you are not using the desktop software, you can launch the RingCentral Internet Fax from your Start menu:

1. Click on your Windows Start menu.


2. Open (point to) the Programs (All Programs) folder.


3. Open (point to) the RingCentral folder.


4. Open (point to) the eXtreme Fax folder.


5. Click on RingCentral Internet Fax.

From the RingCentral Internet Fax application, you may add recipients, attach documents (your faxes), author a cover sheet, view and edit your fax transmission.

When you are ready to send the fax, simply click the Send Fax Now button. Depending on your Send Fax Options, this will either transmit your fax directly to our system through your Internet connection or through your default email application.

How do I change my sending options?

If sending via email, simply click Send on the email message that is created to deliver your fax to our system. When we receive your email, eXtreme Fax will dial your fax number(s) and transmit the fax message from your eXtreme Fax number!

Typically, faxes use 1 minute per page, however, this can vary depending on the amount of data on each page and the maximum connection speed of the receiving fax machine.
